Saturday April 30 2011

3 words: all day hangover.

There will be no pics from today because I am not fit for public consumption, so here are a few snaps from Friday.

We got dolled up to watch the Royal Wedding and celebrate Eileen's last night in Melbourne - and drank pink bubbles, because it seemed like a really really great idea.

When the wedding finally finished, we had a rowdy game of pictionary, which I am pleased to report JANINE AND I WON!! God I love winning board games!

And now onto the fashions! I can only vaguely recall their stories. Eileen had a good excuse for wearing civilians - everything she owns has been packed and shipped! Fair enough.

Skye is wearing a navy blue tafetta jobbie... I can't remember if she got it for the day or not, but she looked great! Janine wore her wedding dress (mostly covered up in these pics though, sorry I wasn't very diligent with getting full length pics).

I wore the dress I wore to my best friend George's wedding in 2005. It's a sheer frilly wrap around dress in autumnal colours (it was a night time winter wedding). I don't think I've worn it since, so decided to crack it out for tonight - I even did my makeup the same and had the same accessories!! I added this fascinator that I bought for Melbourne Cup last year, just for the hell of it.

Bye Eileen! Have a ball in Syds!!

friday april twenty nine

A very, very happy 30th birthday to my dear flatmate Lucky who turned 30 today. I'm late in 'cause we had a power breakfast to start the day - bircher and coffee - before I came into work. Luke's going to write a hit single today to celebrate. Don't go changin', dreamboat.

Here is a link to Luke & Noir Posse's first single, Fighting Dinosaurs with Modern Technology*, off his forthcoming album, Brotown. The pic above is one I shot at my cousin's baby shower around the time we were recording this a few weeks ago - opportunity presented me with three small children in a hallway, one with a dinosaur and two with modern-looking weapons, and I'm not ashamed to say I took that opportunity with both hands. My other cousin's little boy, Oscar, is the blonde kid on the left.

You can hear my backing vocals if you listen carefully although in my defense, Luke made me sing an octave higher than i actually can so it's falsetto and kind of awful. Luke is great, tho.

Although I am not a huge fan of weddings, romantic a notion as they may be, my partner in crime is so clearly excited by the royal nuptuals I thought I'd get in on the love.

I'm dressed today in an outfit that has to work across three diverse events.

1) Work. Meh.

2) This, with Gab:
Future Sound of Yoga - 6.30-9pm Paddington Uniting Church - $25
This is yoga/dance done to a DJ with a light show etc, its supposed to be really fun!
http://www.futuresoundofyoga.com/Home.html

3) Lucky's b'day drinks in Newtown. It is going to be a large one, will be loading up on water today. Just found out Ange is going to be at Freaky Tiki too, for her farewell drinks from work. Yay! The evening just got a whole lot larger.

I think I've done okay with this outfit today. My cousin gave me this shirt when her boobs got too big for it, pregnancy-style, the skirt I bought in an op shop in apollo bay for $2, and got cut off short for $10, black tights are incredibly without a ladder of any kind (so far), brogues and the same necklace and cami that I was wearing yesterday. The belt I confiscated from my mum on the grounds of age appropriateness.

So ... happy wedding day to our future heads of state (or possibly not), wishing you a balltearer of a day - i'll be doing the same in your honour (but without honour).

i love your tiara, btw, princess. xx

* Can't get the track uploaded onto YouTube at present, but I will later. Promise.

Friday 29 April

Well I'm royally excited today - ha - and clearly not just because it's Friday so soon (but hooray for that anyway).

I just remembered I had a webcam, and check it out - you can do stoopid stuff like this! Who knew??

Today is Eileen's last day and a few of the ladies are coming to mine for a viewing of the royal wedding on the stupid big TV and a celebration of her. We are going to consume more fried goodness than can possibly be healthy, drink bubbles and dress up like we are going to a wedding. It's not even 7.30am and I am already ridiculously excited.

Got this top a few years ago somewhere in Europe and I rarely wear it because it's just slightly awkward and billowy above the hips - it needs a belt but then it looks a bit silly... can't win really! I'm already looking forward to posting a few better pics later on!

Thursday 28 April

Mornin’ all. Janine went to take my pic today and said ‘the difference between you and Elise is that she’s always doing something interesting in her photos...’

Clearly I had to rise to the challenge – so here is some kind of yogi pose which was the best I could manage.

I got this lovely silk top a few weeks ago on a girlie shopping trip for $15 at a warehouse outlet – pretty nice eh? It’s really light and floaty – and it was the only one there so I feel like I scored well.

I also cracked out a cute brown belt I got in Zara last year, and for possibly the first time ever tucked a top in!! Looks a bit sloppy just out methinks. I’ve also got on some sweet tan shoes I got at Christmas thanks to my sister in law, who went and bought me a pair in my size because I really liked hers! Bless.

thurs april twenty eight

Meet baby Harry... my cousin's first child, Harrison. I got a text from Renee on Tuesday when he was born saying, 'It's done! It's a boy! I think we are going for Harrison, what are your thoughts? Approve? My gosh couz, the pain!!! All good tho'.

He looks like my cous-out-law, Davey, but he's got a slightly bemused look on his face that I've seen on his mother's, I am pleased to see. Didn't get away in time to go see him yesterday but I'm going to go to their place on the weekend and spend some QT with the little fella.

I awoke to very very heavy rain which has eased off a little but it's supposed to rain pretty steadily until after the weekend.

Here's me at work chatting to my buddy Rich, our IT guy and filmmaker, who's back from eight days leave.

I'm wearing jeans I got given to me by Kimmy, a red Gap top i bought for $5 from a Vinnies in Neutral Bay, a black camisole that I nicked off my mum and my long black heeled boots.

The boots were bought for me as a gift by my best friend Cligger, in Italy. I love this lady very much for hundreds of reasons ... but seriously, every lady knows how tricky it is to buy good boots that fit well around the foot AND calf, let alone buy them for someone else?! Cligger is as confident a shopper as she is everything else and it rubs off on me just being around her. Miss you my girl.

The jacket is new, I bought it from French Connection last week and it was a lot - under $200, but close to. (Can't type the figure, too soon.) I convinced myself I needed it for riding my push and motorbikes in the rain (should I ever get it operational again) as I don't have a rain jacket but then as i was trying on the fancy, zipped-away hood and exclaiming to the saleslady about the practical uses for it, she corrected me and said, 'it's not waterproof, it's showerproof'.

At the time I thought she meant you could wear it in the shower and i thought she was being a bit silly, but as i stepped out this morning I realised that she meant rain showers (i think), so will be interesting to see how it holds up in a heavy downpour. Today's certainly the day for it.

Wednesday 27 April

Aye aye aye - that was a rough return to reality.

NO RYAN today. Boo hiss... though I did get an email from him today that read in part:

"Last night I sat down for ten mins to eat dinner and guess who comes on today tonight? Elise!! It was hilarious and she was dressed to the elevens".

Clearly there was something in the air willing people to turn on TT, because a few other people mentioned it today too!

Also dragging the day down was a farewell afternoon tea for Eileen!  I stuffed myself on biscuits and felt ill, which didn't help things one bit.

Janine and I are clearly in synch, because we wore matching mourning gear today. I've got on an extremely unflattering get up - that skirt and top do not belong together, in all the circumstances. I am going to give up packing clothes when I walk to work without trying them on, because clearly it is not working out for me.

Janine on the other hand looked great today - an old skirt that now fits very well indeed! Plus that great Tasmanian badge was involved, how could it go wrong?

The highlight of today was a conversation on the tram. The inspectors were on and they asked a lady for a ticket - she didn't have one and explained that she was a visitor and didn't know how to buy one, and her friend was just sussing it out at the machine just before they were asked to show their ticket.

The inspector started up a convesation with her, asking where she was from - Malaysia. Now most people would have stopped there, but he asked where in Malaysia because he was about to go there on holidays! Tiong Bahru, she answered and my ears pricked up.

Handsome Dan, who is yet to appear on these pages, lives in Tiong Bahru - and Tiong Bahru is in Singapore. Lady was telling a big old lie! B-U-S-T-E-D. Best part of the convo was when the ticket inspector asked her if she'd been to Chinatown yet... dear, dear me.

is this a silent protest

... because ryan has gone?

sniff, sniff.

weds april twenty seven

My cousin had a little boy yesterday. We were so surprised we didn't even have a name... but he's called Harrison. Gonna go visit cous and little Harry later today so will be sure to get some pics.

First day back in the office after five days - although I did work yesterday thanks to a telco who shall remain nameless.

Let's play a fun game called holiday vs work and see which lifestyle suits me best.

Numero uno: me relaxing late saturday eve on a farm, by candlelight right by the water.

Numero deuce: seven this morning - late for a meeting, harried and my umbrella drawn like a weapon (a bus-signalling weapon).

At least I have the photos from the weekend to serve as a reminder this morning that life is not a race. I'm having trouble remembering what it is I do here and blinking a lot.

Tuesday April 26

I spent 9 and a half hours in transit today. 9 and a half hours!!!  Believe me, you don't need to know what I was wearing.

Someone else got all dolled up to strut their stuff for the Today Tonight cameras though - and look how awesome she looked! And even more importantly you sounded very sensible and talked tough. Very proud. Those telcos will be quaking in their boots!

Well done you!!

Monday April 25

Happy ANZAC Day. I am a bit ambivalent about days like today that ultimately serve to glorify war and all the bad shit people do to each other, so we feel like it's not like such a terrible freaking waste of human life. But lets just let that slide and talk about GAMBLING, no wait, clothes.

But first- Mum and I went on a fishing trip today. It lasted an hour and when I wasn't feverishly checking for snakes that were trying to sneak up on me I was complaining about the HEAT (yeahhhhhh!!) and then re-casting my line again and again. It did me no good at all. The only pic is this one of Mum in a borrowed t-shirt (she is on a big health kick and was very proud of the size of this item. I think these subjects are out of bounds for this blog though). I was too busy laughing to get a photo of her rolling under the electric fence, which is a shame because it would have been worth it's weight in gold.

Later in the day we headed to the RSL club for some 2-Up! I am a late but enthusiastic convert to 2-Up, and Tumut RSL is my venue of choice. I now recognise other players and this is a bit disturbing.  I even showed Mum how to play - she fled after 2 rounds, 20 dollars ahead.

I was there for the last game and am pleased to report I also finished ahead. Also pleased to report there were no fights this year. Come in spinner!

Sorry about the boring outfit. I was dressed for business today, not pleasure, clearly. The fashions were pretty amazing in the circle - you can kinda see in the pic. What you cant see is the number of missing teeth - the guy in the red and black flanalette shirt has about 3. Give us a kiss, love.

Sunday 24 April

Happy Easter, bunnies! Started today with a walk down to the tumut river and around town. I looked uber-glam but alas no pics!! Yeah well spotted... That was a total lie.

Headed to the family farm for a fabulous easter lunch- my spinach, roast pumpkin and pine nut salad thing was prolly the lowlight, which means the rest was fab. My uncle al cooked a chop specially for me! Bless.

Fashion highlights today were without question uncle Jim and aunty Jan, who were wearing matching New Zealand tourist t-shirts and caps. FOR REALS. That's just how they roll.

Pic of moi is taken on back of the truck em route to the river  in a top I got in Germany 2 years ago that is totally easy wearing. I love it and am rationing the use because I wear it too much.

We went down to the river and hung out with the cast of thousands and played with the babies and had a ball in the sunshine. The farm is amazing bathed I'm the afternoon light - really pretty. The kids thoroughly enjoyed all the attention- especially the sparklers they cracked out at twilight.Happy days indeed!

I have to post this pic of my sister in law Bec because it is gold. All that's missing is a ciggie hanging out of her mouth - surely I will be able to photoshop one in fairly easily though. Rest assured the giant baby (only 7 months!!) is not hers and I set her up to make her look bad for my own ends. I hope I haven't told her about this blog.

Saturday April 23

Hey hey it's easter Saturday!!

It was bloody chilly here in Tumut this morning, but it turned into a mighty fine day. My brother, his wife, his wife's twin brother and his wife and 3 kids, plus their other sister and her husband are camping out at my uncle's farm - was that complicated enough for everyone?? Good good.

My brother (Boof, or Jazzy) got out of his icy campsite by the river to drive me into town early this morning. I met up with a couple of Sydney mates, James and Linda, who are on a regional road trip for the Easter hols. We had a crap coffee (which always shiiiits me enormously) but then I took them on a highlights of tumut trip which was basically up the main St and into the RSL club which is one of my favorite places anywhere.

Later that day I had lunch with my mum, my aunt and Nanny Hogan at the rissole - a glorious traditional Strayan-Chinese meal of prawn chow mein, sweet and sour porrrrrk, and chicken curry made with one of my least favorite things, keens curry paste. Don't get me started on that stuff. I hated sausages, curry and rice for many years due to an abomnible meal my mother used to make. Anyways the food was crap but company was good.

These pics are of me and mi madre - me wearing a shirt I bought in Athens last year that makes me feel like a frilled neck lizard due to all the ruffles! - and mum wearing a bright blue top with some red collared number underneath. Trackies not shown (thankfully) - try as I might I cannot get her to wear normal pants or jeans!! I shall persevere, fashion fans.

Now this is Nanny Hogan, about to take a keno.... and this is her later that night, dejected because I had just won all her money playing cards! Muwhahaha... she insisted on playing for money, what could I do??

good friday april twenty two

Here's me getting my hair done with Karen, sitting in the sun in an empty salon. nice.

Questions i have about Easter:

- does it count God giving up his only son for our sins, if he'll get to see Jesus right away in Heaven anyway after getting him out from behind that stone? i haven't seen anyone i know since they've died but if I could don't think death would be such a big bummer.

- isn't God also Jesus? is that suicide, then? it says suicide is illegal in the bible.

- isn't Heaven supposed to be a better place than Earth? why wouldn't Jesus want to be in Heaven rather than slumming it down here?

- does God like Jesus more than he likes us? he made the 'ultimate sacrifice' in giving up his only son to save us from all our sins but i bet i don't even get offered up to save a cat's thyroid problem upon my death.

Just stuff i'm thinking about and would welcome debate in the comments section. Come on, disciples, I mean followers - all seven of you. Let's discuss this. They never let me ask these questions in sunday school, although i was once told that science was science and faith was faith, which covers off alot.

Friday April 22

Leaving on a jet train, don't know when i'll be back again... Well not entirely true!!

It's about 8am and I'm hanging out at southern cross train station awaiting the xpt which i might add is late. There is roadworks going on that truly is a sonic delight and is not at all exacerbating my tequila induced hangover.

I packed whilst drunk, so who knows what treasures await you and I over the next few days. Today I'm wearing long haul gear- jeans, black singlet, white long sleeve t and cons. This scarf I bought in manly last year- intended as a gift, evidently I liked it too much to give away!!

Happy good Friday everyone!

Thursday 21 April

(Due to popular demand I have corrected the date... sorry y'all)

You know that show Ashes to Ashes, where the lady cop goes into a coma finds herself back in the 80’s?? Well that’s kinda what happened to my hair last night.

I decided to make a well overdue trip to the hairdressers last night and when I got there I described what I wanted... basically the same haircut I have had for nigh on 20 years. Then before i could stop myself came out with 'unless you think something else would make me look really amazing...'

Suddenly he had free reign and I was a little horrified when I had to look in the mirror and go ‘yeah... it’s great’. But it was not great, I looked like a frumpy middle aged woman from the 80’s! So I rushed home and brushed all these weird twirl things out and had a beer to take the edge off.

Okies... I've had a nice lunch and got on over myself - here's a pic I'd like to call 'the Sarah and Ryan mutual admiration society grande finale'.

We had a great lunch at a place called Kinfolk, which is a social enterprise-do-gooder cafe that has a new menu every day. We ate in the sunshine and had a merry time talking crap, as we are want to do. Ryan's got on his lady beetle badge, his grey check pants (which have a chewing gum mark on them - haha) and his grey and camel striped shirt which he picked up for free off the street somewhere (only he could carry it off).

I'm wearing exactly what I had planned all week - my awesome orange psychadelic dress that I got in Liverpool 4 years ago. I LOVE THIS DRESS and thought it was only fitting to wear it for a special occassion such as this.

Also at lunch time I went and booked myself the very last ticket on the train to a little place where all my relos are called Tumut. My friend Jimbob sent me a text this morning asking for recommendations for places to eat there - so I figured if he was going to be there (with his lovely wife Linda) then maybe I should make it there, seeing as we usually fail to catch up in Sydney. Impromptu Easter holiday here I come!

thurs april twenty one

I've had two breakfasts this morning, the first at seven am with my cousin, as she had her private yoga session with Hasu at eight. Hasu is going to show her some poses she can use to get through labour. She is extremely pregnant now and has just finished work. Two weeks to go and we are excited.

Here's us outside our favourite breakfast place, the Bourke St Bakery, where we had sourdough fruit toast with ricotta and jam (they don't start selling pork and fennel sausage rolls until 10.30am, like McDonalds. It saddens us).

Then i had breakfast numero deuce with the funboys, who both have the day off today. There's a story on page 3 on the herald that says men whose ring finger on their right hand is longer than their index finger are regarded as more attractive to females, possibly because their faces are more symmetrical.

So we spent a long time looking at hands and Luke's ring finger is slightly longer than his index, so you can expect to see him holding his hand up in photos for a least a few days until he gets distracted by something shiny and forgets all about it.

Squinting into the sun - and shouting about the light. I left them canvassing cafes with WiFi so they could take their laptops and play Scrabble against each other somewhere other than side by side on the couch.

I'm wearing a Witchery skirt I bought with my sister, my Amsterdamage boots, a Forever 21 tee i bought at 31 in Japan for 300 yen ($4) and a cardy from the clothes meet. Going to be 25 up here again today.

Home stretch now. I had a great day yesterday and plan on smashing my to-do list today so i can enjoy the break. No more sleeps till the long long weekend!

Finally, I'll leave you with Luke's interpretation of how yoga might help during childbirth. It really is a wonder that the tough part of reproduction is left to the female of the species, isn't it?

Wednesday 20 April

Despite the pic, today is no laughing matter - it's one more sleep til Ryan finishes up! We are only laughing because he was pulling a funny pose because he didn't want his pic taken. My best angle, eh?

He's wearing a green striped shirt and his favourite check grey pants with sneakers. I've got on my plain black A-line skirt, black tights, my favourite little slip on shoes I bought in Spain a bajillion years ago (that are well and truly on their last legs), and my awesome Asian-style white top that you can't really see very well. Never fear, there will be another chance sometime soon no doubt.

I am feeling rather flat today I must admit. I think it comes from having a near death experience at least twice a day on my way to and from work. Nearly getting taken out by a garbage truck before 9 am rarely puts me in a good mood.

Breaking news - just as I wrote that, Eileen came in and made me take not one but TWO white Tim Tams (I think I was saving her from herself).

Suddenly nothing is quite so dire!

weds april eleven

This outfit, inspired by Erin's twee "bake club meet" (BCM) yesterday is a strategic one (I am currently eating said spoils of BCM: a mars bars slice and a scone). I have two high-level external meetings on today, including what I hope will be a boozy lunch, where I intend to lull my business counterparts into a false sense of security with this butter-wouldn't-melt get up, and then carefully (and ideally without them noticing) extract from them the sensitive info I desperately need to plan the next month. The telco industry is very much a man's game, not unlike the music industry, so I do have form in this area. Wish me luck.

Dress is from Apple Pie Fashions at the top end of King Street, Newtown, bought from this lovely Chinese-Australian woman who designs and makes all these beautiful 50s-style dresses. I bought this one for Liv & Josh's wedding last summer and also wore it at Christmas, it was about $100 I think so has now paid for itself.

I loved it as soon as i tried it on but was demurring about the money at the time, but the dressmaker won me over with the most fantastic sales pitch I have ever heard: "You can wear it and then wash it and wear it again." Although I seldom wear clothes once and then throw them out, that canny saleswoman had me hook line and sinker. SOLD.

The back of this dress is particularly pretty, although I can't get into it without assistance. But house husband numero uno has the day off today (those lucky funboys with their days off!), and together, we got there. It's a pretty tricky zip and I was bossing him about his rough man hands and not breaking it. I'm also going out to dinner with a former lover (a lovely man who will find out tonight that I've decided to go straight) so the dress will act as added incentive to get home early to the funboys so I don't have to sleep in this tonight.

Tuesday 19 April

Bit eerie here in Melbs this morning – warm and humid, but also really dark and a wee bit ominous. What up with that?

We have Today Tonight here in my office filming my colleague, so I’m taking the opportunity to blog now, seeing as I couldn't do anything too productive anyway!

The past 2 nights I’ve had dinner and viewings of Paper Giants (the series about Ita Buttrose and the start of Cleo) with one my of my oldest friends, Yvette.  When I first moved out of home many moons ago I moved in with her to a dilapidated 2 bedroom house in Newcastle, which had cracks in the walls thanks to the earthquake a few years prior. They ended up demolishing the house when we moved out! We had ridiculously fun times. She moved down here god knows how many years ago, and I now live a stones throw from her on basically the same street. Small world!

She is also a little bit of a fashionista, as you can see. This is her being a domestic goddess and cooking pizzas on Sunday night. I made a nice tofu Thai curry last night but we washed it down with quite a bit of red wine, so alas I forgot to take a photo.

Not looking that exciting today I have to say. This black top is great – it’s a Veronika Maine sample I got in December. I love the neckline but it’s a bit booby so I have to wear a sensible singlet with it. It’s got ruching down the front and tied back bits at the shoulders. The corduroy skirt is an oldie I’ve had for yonks – it’s one of those things that it doesn’t matter how fat or skinny I am I can always wear it!

Skye heard us giggling as we were taking pics so she came from next door for a visit - and she looks awesome today so I insisted on posting a pic of her too.

tues cont: guest spot

Thank a non-denominational deity for Erin who I work with for saving the blog today. Erin is a policy assistant and always looks tremendous and also keeps me in touch with what the kids are into. She is 24 and Gen-Y fabulous.

In her own words Erin is wearing a cheap Chinese dress she bought for $10 five years ago, the beautiful green scarf was her mother's, the belt came from an op shop and the moo-moo print bag - a gift from her Dad one Christmas - Erin "doesn't think is ugly anymore". Sunnies are prescription, hence why she is wearing them on the way to her desk, but trust me she is that glamorous, anyway.

She's leaving work at 1.30pm today to go home and host a baking party for a bake club she has started. Here is the theme song for their club, Strawberry Shortcake's 'I Love Custard'. Do you see what I mean? I think twee and the whole 1950s housewife thing is making a comeback. Hopefully along with the cocktail hour and Bex.

In the background is a teaser for our superhero campaign we are launching after Easter, which Erin has done all the creative for and is going to be kickarse.

Happy Passover btw to my Jewish friends and colleagues and their families.

Is it Shrove Tuesday or something, actually, today? Should I be eating pancakes? I've always found Easter to be a pretty grim holiday, think it was my Christian upbringing and, between that and the full moon last night, may be the reason for the deep malaise I am feeling this morning.

tuesday april nineteen

Meh.

We started this blog because sarah and i work for NGOs, and there is no real incentive to dress up, so sare and i thought we would try to impress each other, daily. I feel like we started strong but what - three weeks in - I can't be bothered... hurry the fuck up, Easter. I need a break.

Work pays for a group personal training session on Tuesdays at high noon and yoga was off for the break this morning, so I just got up, got dressed in my sweats and rode into work. I have spare clothes in the cupboard here so will shower and change after lunch, if I can be bothered. I brought a towel, just in case.

Here's me in the lift. I'm wearing everlast light cotton things that were a hand me down from Kimmy, an Atticus tee that was a freebie from my music days (skateboard brand) and a Rockman's velour hoodie I bought for $5 at a market one day when I was cold. It has ribbon stripes down the side and normally doesn't make it out of the house - my nana shops at Rockmans, for god's sake. My runners are from Lonsdale and cost $80 about ten years ago, which is a testament to how often i run.

Meh. Go ahead and impress me Sare - you are going to have to fly the flag for both of us today.

Monday 18 April

After looking like a complete dag all weekend, I decided to try a little bit harder today.

Everyone keeps coming in and asking why I'm all dressed up, and no one is entirely believing that there is no real reason! Oh well. I got this nice black dress a year or so ago - it was the first fitted dress I have ever owned and it was a complete bargain at $15 dollar!

I wear it mainly for job interviews, of which I've had 2 in the past year (and I got both of them, I might add). They have sweet cap sleeves too which you can't see. The top is a bit too big (this is a rare occurance) but apart from that it's pretty flattering.

The shoes were also a bargain - they are nice and comfortable to walk in and cost $50 (also acquired in my pre-Canberra spree I've spoken of before). The red cardy was a find at a Bondi second hand shop that had a 50% off sale and has nice ruching at the buttons.

It's Ryan's last week this week - waaaaaaaah! Today he is wearing a snazzy new hair cut, a check shirt and his awesome triangular three-wood badge. I love the brown tones - well chosen ensemble, don't you think?

I'm already looking forward to a good dress up for his farewell shennanigans on Thursday!

Any suggestions for a theme...??
