tuesday dec thirteen

here's me, post swimming with Z, outside our xmas lunch today. went to a very fancy restaurant. i've gone mine and sare's bridal gown on, teamed with my secret santa bag (ladies lunch), the two-tone brogues i bought second-hand in ch-ch for $40 and a tweed jacket i have had for i dont know how long. it's one of those items i should have thrown out years ago but i kept it just in case. i feel vindicated having needed it during this extremely crappy summer sydney is currently having. 

rich is in a jacket he bought this winter;  great cut but i can't remember where from. erin in a black lace dress and skirt that matched her jumbo bag that her mum bought for her (bag not shown, you will have to trust me; it was massive).

my colleague wayne who is awesome and blind, which makes this photo even better. you can kinda make our beloved harry out under the chair. 

elissa, whose talent i followed from my last job to this one, shared the news of her pregnancy today. proving she doesn't do anything by halves, she is expecting twins. twins!

me, later, sans jacket. I didn't wear it during lunch because i was afraid it would catch my dress but i've got my flavor flav owl necklace on that dan gave me when he moved in to mine years ago. not being his friend anymore has been the lowlight of this year, i'd say. 

aaaaannnd... just saying folks, dude is escalating. get on it.
